Cancellation Policy
OneShot Photography --Booking Policy for Family Sessions-- Thank you for choosing OneShot Photography! We're thrilled to capture your family's special moments. Please review this policy carefully—it applies to all family sessions Booking & Payment: 1. The Session fee is listed at the time of booking and must be paid in full for what is listed 2. Book online through the link in the announcement post (or on our website/Facebook page). 3.Your preferred date (and sometimes location) will be selected during booking (options are listed there). 4.Once paid, your spot is confirmed. Sessions are first-come, first-served and fill up fast! What’s Included: 1.Session lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour (exact duration depends on the session details listed when booking). 2.Professional posing guidance for every family member to ensure everyone looks and feels great. 3.Full online gallery delivered with 30–100 beautifully edited high-resolution digital images (exact number varies by session type). 4.Online gallery access with full print/release rights. and A fun, relaxed, tailored experience just for your family. Rescheduling & Weather: 1.Sessions are rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, storms, or unsuitable weather, we'll reschedule to the next mutually available sunset date at no extra fee. 2.You can reschedule once (if available and works for both parties) with at least 48 hours notice—no fee applies. 3.No-shows or same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of the full payment. Refunds & Credits: 1.Refund policies depend on the specific service booked (some state no refunds). 2. In general, payments are non-refundable once confirmed.. However, if you must cancel, the amount paid can often be applied as credit toward another service or future session (subject to availability and agreement). 3.If OneShot Photography must cancel (e.g., due to illness or emergency), you'll receive a full refund or priority choice of rescheduled dates. Arrival & Session Details 1. Arrive 5–10 minutes early, dressed and ready. Late arrivals will shorten your session time. 2. Include only immediate family members UNLESS stated in the session description. Session are for MOM, DAD, and CHILDREN (immediate family) After Your Session: 1. Sneak peak within 1 week. 2. Full gallery delivered in 30 days or less. 3. Option to order professional prints, albums, or wall art directly from your gallery. By booking and paying, you agree to this policy.
