As Branson's passionate birth photographer + doula (serving Springfield, MO, and the Branson area), I've attended a handful of births so far and am actively working toward my certification while taking comprehensive classes to deepen my skills.
I draw on my growing experience and heartfelt intuition to nurture your one-of-a-kind path. As a doula, I inform, partner with you, and graciously step aside, allowing you, your loved one, and your baby to take the lead.

In my role as a doula, I aspire to offer clients compassionate emotional, informational, and mental support... along with tangible mementos (birth images) that showcase how you triumphed through one of life's most profound shifts. I want you to emerge from your birth filled with wonder at your inherent resilience, insight, and capability.

And absolutely! I embrace and capture every kind of birth story. From natural water births to VBACs to planned cesareans. Every family merits compassionate, expert, and unbiased care.
I've attended a handful of births so far through my work as a dedicated birth photographer, and while I'm new to formal doula training, these experiences—combined with my own unique births—have given me invaluable perspective. Each journey I've witnessed or lived has been beautifully distinct, teaching me profound lessons about the diverse ways families navigate this transformative process. And because of that, I know every birth is as individual as our fingerprints. We all hold different values and visions for a safe, healing birth... and my role is to gently amplify your intuition and inner strength.

As the founder of One Shot Photography and Branson's passionate birth storyteller (serving the Ozarks and beyond), I off the blend of doula support with professional birth photography—offering the best of both worlds through heartfelt guidance and timeless images (though the photo count may be slightly lower to balance the dual roles), helping you relive, process, and cherish your story for a lifetime.​
While certification isn't required to practice as a doula in Missouri, my deep care for birth, babies, and documenting these sacred moments drives me to pursue it through classes and hands-on learning, so I can provide the most comprehensive help possible. As I grow my expertise, I'm committed to empowering families like yours with accessible, genuine support.​

Absolutely—I thrive on building genuine connections with my clients well before and long after their special birthing moments. Every family is wonderfully unique, so these interactions are tailored just for you. We might grab a cozy coffee chat in person, hop on a relaxed phone call, or connect via video for a comfortable conversation—I'm flexible and happy to meet in ways that suit your preferences in the Branson and Springfield areas.

Once your little one arrives, I'd be delighted to visit you at home for a supportive postpartum check-in. We can reflect on your birth story, discuss how those early days or weeks of parenthood are unfolding, and address any questions or needs that come up. Of course, some families opt for focused support solely during the birth itself, and that's perfectly fine too. My doula packages are thoughtfully designed and personalized to fit your individual preferences, circumstances, and the beautiful path you're on.

Continuous emotinoal, physica, and informational guidance during active labor and delivery - offering comfort measures like massage, positioning suggestions, breathing exercises, and advocacy support - while discreetly documenting key moments (resulting in 50-150 edited images, though fewer than a dedicated photography package to allow for hands-on doula care).

Fine Print:
A non-refundable retainer fee is due at time of booking to secure your session date, and is applied towards your session balance.
Prices subject to change without notice. Pricing will be honored at time of booking, booking today locks in current rate.
Any location 30 miles outside of 65616 is subject to a travel fee.
Payments may be made by cash or check. If using a card an additional 3% will be applied.
