Pay what you can minis this Spring! Capture beautiful moments with our unique "Pay What You Can Minis". These budget-friendly mini sessions are perfect for families who need affordable photography. We want to make it possible for everyone to have access to high-quality photos, regardless of their financial situation. It's our hope that those who are struggling can still have the opportunity to document precious memories. Session must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you'd like to pay extra at the time of session that is fine too! This session is Non refundable and Non transferable. Session includes the following: 10 digital images Online gallery with Print release Up to 6 people per session and immediate family only Turnaround time is approx 2-3 weeks Packages start at $40 Sessions takes place approximately 45 min- 1.5 hours before sunset
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Mini Sessions at OneShot Photography Thank you for choosing OneShot Photography for your mini session! These quick shoots are designed for fun, efficient captures. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our policy. Pricing and Payment Session Fee is listed above 15-minute session Booking Fee: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your spot—this is applied toward the total fee. Balance Payment: The remaining is due by cash or check on the session date. No session will proceed without full payment. Add-Ons: Full gallery upgrade: +$199. Priority editing (skip the queue): +$75. Non-Payment Policy: If full payment isn't received, no selection gallery or images will be delivered—no refunds. Session Details Duration: Typically 15 minutes. Delivery Timeline: Selection gallery sent within the first week. Final edited gallery delivered via secure link within 2 weeks after selections are made. Rules and Conduct No Recording Devices: Cell phones, video cameras, or any recording devices must not be in sight or used during the session. Violation results in immediate session termination, forfeiture of all fees, and no images delivered. Punctuality: Arrive on time; sessions start promptly. Image Usage By booking, you grant permission for us to share images online for promotion (e.g., portfolio, social media) unless you notify us in writing or in person. Cancellations Client cancellations: Notify 48 hours in advance to transfer retainer (within 30 days, subject to availability). Less notice forfeits retainer. No-shows: Full forfeiture of fees.
