Cancellation Policy
By booking a session (online or walk-up), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with OneShot Photography (“Photographer”). Sessions are exclusively for professional Santas and Mrs. Clauses attending the event. 1. Services 30-minute session: $175 (includes 5 edited high-resolution digital images). ,Pkg 2 -2 Backdrops (30 min/backdrop & 10 digital images) All-4-days package: $500 ($200 savings, includes 20 edited digital images – 5 per day). Each session limited to one Santa + one Mrs. Claus (if working as a couple). No additional participants allowed. Additional images available for purchase after delivery. 2. Booking Online booking recommended to secure slots. Walk-ups welcome subject to availability. Complete short questionnaire at booking. Confirmation emails sent for online bookings (check spam). Please choose earliest available slot to help scheduling. 3. Image Selection & Delivery You’ll receive a proofing gallery to “favorite” your choices. Final edited images delivered digitally within 2 weeks or less. Extra images may be purchased via the gallery. 4. Payment Full payment due on arrival. Accepted: cash, credit/debit card, electronic payment (no checks). Prices in USD include tax. Sales final and non-refundable once session begins. 5. Cancellations/Rescheduling No refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Please notify ASAP via booking site or text 417-231-1910 so the slot can be reopened. Rescheduling subject to availability (not guaranteed). 6. Session Rules Arrive 5–10 minutes early, fully costumed and ready. Late arrival shortens session (no refund/extension). Prepare outfits/props for backdrops. No outside photography or videography—if detected, session ends immediately and you forfeit payment and images. 7. Copyright & Usage Rights Photographer retains copyright. Upon payment, Client receives perpetual non-exclusive license for unlimited personal and commercial use (ads, website, social media, marketing, etc.) with no extra fees. Resale of images prohibited without permission. Client grants Photographer right to use images for promotion (portfolio, website, social media) without compensation. Booking constitutes model release. 8. Liability Liability limited to fees paid. No responsibility for force majeure or indirect damages. Photographer carries liability insurance. 9. Governing Law Governed by Missouri law. Disputes resolved in Taney County, Missouri courts. Photographer is independent contractor. Client info kept confidential.
